The Christian Church at Rome, located in Rome, Georgia, is a nondenominational congregation that emphasizes creating a welcoming space for authentic encounters with Christ. While their beliefs align with those of the broader Christian faith, they focus on unity and love over doctrine and denominations.

The church offers a variety of services, including traditional worship services, contemporary services, and even Spanish-language services. They also have small groups for different demographics such as men’s groups, women’s groups, youth groups, and more. These small groups provide opportunities for individuals to connect with others on a deeper level and grow in their faith together.

In addition to regular services and small group gatherings, the Christian Church at Rome is involved in various community outreach programs. This includes partnerships with local organizations to serve the homeless, volunteering at food banks, and supporting foster care families. They also host events such as vacation bible school, sports camps, and holiday celebrations for the community to attend and participate in.

The Christian Church at Rome is also committed to global mission work. They have partnerships with missionary organizations around the world and regularly send teams to serve and support communities in need. This includes building homes, providing medical aid, and sharing the gospel message with those who have not yet heard it.

One of the core beliefs of the Christian Church at Rome is that every person is created in the image of God and has inherent value and worth. Therefore, they are passionate about social justice issues and seek to promote equality and advocate for marginalized groups. This includes fighting against human trafficking, supporting refugees, and standing up against discrimination and oppression.

In addition to their commitment to serving those in need, the Christian Church at Rome also values strong relationships within the church community. They prioritize fellowship and encourage members to build meaningful connections with one another through small groups, Bible studies, and social events. They believe that by fostering a sense of belonging and support, members can grow in their faith and serve others more effectively.

The Christian Church at Rome is also dedicated to equipping its members with biblical knowledge and understanding. They offer various classes and workshops on topics such as theology, apologetics, and spiritual disciplines. This enables individuals to deepen their relationship with God and develop a solid foundation for living out their faith in their daily lives.

In addition to spiritual growth, the Christian Church at Rome is also committed to serving and making a positive impact in their community. They have various outreach programs that cater to the needs of the underprivileged and marginalized members of society. These include food drives, homeless shelters, and partnerships with local organizations to provide resources and support for those in need.

The church also values strong relationships within families and offers various resources for couples, parents, and children to strengthen their bonds and build healthy, God-centered homes. This includes marriage workshops, parenting classes, and youth programs that aim to guide young people in their faith journey.

Another important aspect of the Christian Church at Rome is its emphasis on missions. The church believes in spreading the message of Christ not only within its local community but also across the globe. The church supports and sends out missionaries to different parts of the world, providing financial support, prayer, and other resources. In addition to its focus on spiritual growth and outreach, the Christian Church at Rome also values community service and social justice. The church actively participates in various volunteer efforts and partners with organizations that address issues such as poverty, homelessness, and human rights. This commitment to serving others is rooted in the belief that all people are created in God’s image and deserve love, compassion, and dignity.
